The organisation we work for provides facility management services to a prominent public sector client.

The Role
  • We are looking for an individual who can manage the assets of buildings, infrastructure and equipment for a high-profile contract.
  • Support Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service delivery and asset management planning - routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle plans etc.
The Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict compliance and governance is maintained across all operations.
  • Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) planning strategies.
  • Regularly review maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of the asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Produce regular asset management reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address non-compliant items to mitigate risk.
  • Effectively manage variations to include assets, PPM and locations.
  • Improve asset performance and reduce risk through data-driven insights.
  • Lead audit programs to collect and analyse asset data.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have strong expertise in Asset Management Plans and Life Cycle Planning.
  • Ideal candidates will hold a trade or tertiary qualification in Asset Management, Building, Construction, Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in Facilities Management, Building Services or M&E Maintenance supporting commercial clients - Education, Defence, Health, Resorts, Camp or Government premises.
  • Familiarity with ISO55001 is highly desirable.
  • A professional and engaging manner, with high level customer service skills.
  • Strong Microsoft skills in Word and Excel.
  • Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
