Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Sydney.

This role provides an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team that prides itself on professional, technical and collaborative excellence, while supporting our multidisciplinary approach to ensure clients receive the best solutions.

  • Design and documentation of civil engineering for small to medium-sized projects including greenfield and brownfield developments, building civil, and active transport and roads projects.
  • Civil site re-grading design, road design, stormwater & overland flow management system, bulk earthworks, WSUD and water quantity across a broad spectrum of projects.
  • Coordination with our interdisciplinary team Australia-wide and architects, external consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Escalating critical or complex design issues to senior/principal engineers and project managers.
  • Assist in scoping for proposals and variations.
  • Complying with our quality, WHS and other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending and participating in design coordination meetings
  • Design and documentation of civil and stormwater engineering elements
  • Identifying and assessing design risks and communicating these to senior engineers
  • Collaborating and working well within a team as well as the drive to grow your career
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Relevant experience in civil engineering design and documentation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
