The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as an Educational Leader. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational program and ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting educators to assess each child's learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework and the Thrive curriculum
- Supporting educators to critically reflect on each child's learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Reflecting on educational pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members
- Maintaining effective communication with parents
- Upholding strong work values with a focus on being your best by doing your best
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- NESA Teacher Accreditation
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound, practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
