**Job Role Overview**
We are seeking an organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the healthcare support team, you will provide high-quality administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be highly proficient in maintaining electronic and hard copy records, databases and information management systems. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy health records.
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an Administrative role (or part-time equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
