Key Responsibilities
  • Test Automation: Develop manual and automated test procedures for software features, database impacts, regression testing, and negative testing.
  • Defect Identification and Tracking: Identify defects and issues, log, track, report, and verify resolved items in a timely manner.
  • Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to facilitate the automation of software testing processes.
  • Test Script Execution and Analysis: Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Document automation processes, test cases, and test results to provide clear and comprehensive documentation for stakeholders. Collaborate with QA teams and developers to define test strategies and plans for automated testing.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of automated testing practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Overall 3-6 years' experience in QA along with 3 years of experience in Automation Testing using Selenium.
  • Skills: Experience testing highly scalable and reliable software solutions platforms, experience with automating API tests, experience of integrating test automation solutions into CI processes, excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, experience of Quality Assurance best practices, and strong commitment to quality.
  • Preferred Skills: An understanding of best programming practices and good software design, a good understanding of web technologies, client and server interactions, a healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy, and familiarity with healthcare industry domain, common healthcare data and integrations, industry standards, etc.
