Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety
  • Remove general waste and recycling bins and replace them the following day
  • Eliminate litter from internal and external building perimeters
  • Clean windows and sanitize high-touch points like staircase rails, elevator buttons, and door handles
  • Dust cobwebs in all internal and external areas
  • Use and mix chemicals safely, adhering to established procedures
  • Follow cleaning schedules and operating procedures
