About the RoleThis position focuses on supporting students with mild to moderate mental health concerns within school-based student support teams. A successful candidate will assess client needs, develop care plans, and connect clients with resources and advocate for their rights.

- Advocate for clients' rights and interests, promoting equitable access to resources and opportunities.
- Therapeutic Support
- Provide emotional support and deliver therapeutic counseling services through individual or group sessions, helping clients cope with challenging situations and develop resilience.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, adhering to established departmental policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration
- Promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect among multidisciplinary team members, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination of services.
