Design Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to manage medium to large scale architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial and Education sectors, with expertise in project delivery, team management, and contract administration.
About the Role- Active role in delivering and managing projects from concept design to contract administration.
- Managing day-to-day operations of projects.
- Building relationships with new clients and continuing existing ones.
- Leading and working in cohesive teams.
- Planning project delivery and resourcing with the leadership team.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Substantial experience in Architectural Design, preferably as a qualified or registered architect.
- Strong technical acumen and contract admin experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and design software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
