Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Communication and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement communications strategies to support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing specialist communications products such as presentations, web content, social media posts, newsletters, emails, construction notifications, visual materials, and reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage communications across the organization, acting as a key point of contact for multiple stakeholders.
- Identifying and producing effective communications to support infrastructure delivery and program teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
