As a key contributor to our organization, we are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team.

This role plays a critical part in establishing technical credibility with our prospective clients, leveraging your experience and drive to envision, position, and sell our products.

  • You will be responsible for establishing yourself as a resident subject matter expert on our products and ecosystem.
  • You will strategize with sales representatives to help achieve target sales quotas.
  • You will build strong relationships with prospects and establish technical credibility to advance deals.
  • You will maintain relationships with existing customers and look for opportunities to expand their product usage and improve security posture.
  • You will build and deliver successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), deployment planning, and technical consulting engagements.
  • You will actively communicate with engineering and marketing regarding evolving customer requirements.
  • You will continually assist with solutions development to expand to new target markets and industries.
Requirements
  • You must have 4 or more years of experience in roles requiring direct technical customer interaction.
  • You must have knowledge of commonly used security technologies and protocols.
  • You must have the ability to configure and install enterprise technologies, troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • You must have excellent written and oral business communication skills, project management skills, and collaboration across geographically dispersed functions.
  • You must be a native Polish speaker and have good English language skills, although other language skills are also welcome.

Travel is expected to be 20-40% of your time, with a location based in Poland.
