Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Service Professional to provide technical support to customers onsite.

This includes inspecting, maintaining, and servicing products to ensure they are functioning optimally and meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability.

You will be hands-on, ensuring that all equipment is tested, tagged, and functioning properly.

You will also build strong relationships with customers, providing them with advice on quality products and services.

About the Role
  • Support with on and off-site inspections of lifting equipment, including test and tag
  • Conduct regular maintenance and service repairs on products and equipment
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide relevant advice on quality products
  • Commitment to personal and business safety
  • Liaise with and work on customer sites
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background preferred
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required
  • Customer focus and ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Ability to work within a physically demanding role
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Relevant tickets/licenses, including Dogging AND Working at heights highly desirable
