Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be accountable for leading, coaching and developing our RTIO Team Members to achieve Safe Production of all field activities. This includes ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed, and identifying opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in an operational management and team leadership role, with experience in risk management and contingency planning. They will also possess solid stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to effectively influence, collaborate with and negotiate with contract partners, operational teams, procurement and planning teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve safe production of all field activities
  • Collaborating with contracts supervisors to support them in achieving the 2-week plan
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and implementing changes as required
