About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valuer to join our team in an Associate Director capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of property professionals, providing expert valuation services to our clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (RPV or CPV) and API membership
  • Working knowledge of the property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
