About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valuer to join our team as an Associate Director in Rockhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of property professionals, providing expert valuation services to our clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (RPV or CPV) and API membership.
  2. Working knowledge of the Rockhampton property market.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. A strong understanding of property valuation principles and practices.
  5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  6. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
