We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at Corporate Services. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing innovative, person-centered services to customers with disability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strength-based and person-centered services to customers with disability
- Facilitate group sessions, training, coaching, and/or mentoring
- Work autonomously and in a team environment
- Contribute to the development of quality services that meet customer needs
- Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS (Proficient level)
- Ability to work in a hybrid module of working from home and across the community
- Experience in facilitating group sessions, training, coaching, and/or mentoring
- A positive, contemporary attitude and a commitment to maximising quality of life for people with disability
- Ongoing peer supervision and support from an experienced team
- Training through Activ's RTO
