About the Role- Inventory Control – monitoring, reconciling, and forecasting stock levels.
- Procurement – managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely purchasing.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable – maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and healthy cash flow.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – leveraging analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and support strategic decisions.
- Customer & Supplier Communication – delivering persuasive and professional communication across phone and email.
We are seeking someone with skills to excel in today’s role and ambition to grow into tomorrow’s leader.
You will bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience in inventory, procurement, and accounts administration.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Cin7, Xero, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables; BI a plus.
- Qualifications or experience in data analytics will be highly regarded and provide you with an advantage in shaping the role and accelerating your career growth.
- A team-oriented mindset with the drive to progress into operations leadership.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, accounting, supply chain, or equivalent professional experience.
