Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • NPD: Launch New Products - Align NPD strategies with cross-functional teams, manage product launches, and procure high-quality trade samples.
  • Category Management Expertise - Collaborate with data analysts to analyze category performance reports, providing actionable insights that inform promotional strategies.
  • Promotional Planning - Develop and implement promotional plans in Promax, ensuring timely execution and alignment with key strategic objectives.
  • Business Growth - Foster effective communication across teams, drive business growth through new product launches, and ensure trade spend stays on budget.

Requirements:

  • Trade marketing experience (preference given but not essential)
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven expertise in FMCG space (min. 5 years), with Food and Beverage experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Experience in category management and Australian grocery market essential
  • Proficiency in Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium software required
