Infrastructure Specialist

As a skilled and experienced professional, you will work on a wide variety of projects including roads, rail, bridges, stormwater, and general civil engineering projects.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide technical leadership in road design, helping deliver efficient, safe, and innovative solutions;
  • Design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary roads projects;
  • Verify projects against current Australian standards and best practice guidelines;
  • Develop outstanding delivery processes within the team;
  • Coach and mentor young professionals in technical areas and project planning;
  • Pursue business development activities from opportunity identification to securing projects;
  • Participate in transport strategy definition and market needs response.

You'll have a passion for career development and advancing business management and leadership skills, which may lead to a Team Leadership position.

About You:

  • A qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia experience;
  • Good knowledge of VicRoads and Austroads guidelines;
  • Values-driven person who shares colleague successes and delivers excellence for clients;
