Security Operations Manager

About the Position:
We are seeking a Security Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in MT ISA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, head office, and site officers, ensuring compliance with quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client, customer, and staff liaison
- Managing quality systems and SOPs
- Leading a medium to large security team
- Service and delivery assurance
- Incident reporting and monthly report management
- Equipment management
Requirements:
- Prior experience leading a medium to large security team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Full working rights
