Job Summary
We are seeking a Security Officer to provide access control, mobile patrols, and emergency response services at our client site in Mount Isa. The successful candidate will work within a 4 on 4 off rotational roster, ensuring only authorized vehicles and personnel enter the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site access control and traffic management
- Perform mobile patrols and vehicle/bag security inspections
- Organize security passes, issue/sign keys, and lock/unlock buildings
- Provide customer service, monitor radio communications, and driver behaviors
- Respond to emergencies and prepare accurate electronic logs and reports
Requirements
- QLD drivers' license
- QLD Security Licence (unarmed security officer) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Available to work a rotational roster, including days, nights, and weekends
