
Senior Partner Development Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in the partner ecosystem, responsible for managing and communicating enablement strategies with partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement partners' enablement strategies to ensure learning plans are in place to meet market demands.
- Evaluate and validate partner resources' certification status to maintain system access.
- Conduct data-driven program health reviews and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to foster trusted relationships with partners.
- Represent the organization on partner-delivered projects and participate in project Steering Committees (Steer Co).
- Ensure accountability through key performance indicators to track project progress.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the partner and the organization's support teams.
- Collaborate with Partner Operations to manage hours budget in the organization's PSA system.
- Collaborate with the partner to ensure accurate forecasting to avoid billing issues and customer dissatisfaction.
- Built strong relationships with partners and stakeholders outside of the global partner organization.
- Effectively facilitated internal and external meetings to discuss metrics, performance, and opportunities.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to gather and summarize detailed information from all involved parties to make informed business decisions.
