Job Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill Employment Consultant positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for workforce development and helping others succeed.

About the Opportunity

The Employment Consultant role involves working with local businesses and employers to source and create job vacancies for our participants. You will provide support, mentoring, and other assistance to ensure the sustainability of participant employment placements and track all placements effectively to maximize Employment Outcomes.

  • Deliver tailored support services to participants, including career guidance and vocational training.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to secure job opportunities for our participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including the Flourish Australia IEA Operational guidelines.
  • Engage with local site teams and community connections to assist participants in overcoming barriers to employment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
