Key Job Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to lead the development of transformative AI-powered solutions that redefine how we work and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong understanding of product management, network automation, AI/ML, and data science within telecommunications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical design and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions to enhance network and service operations in alignment with our strategy.
  • Oversee product development and drive delivery excellence, collaborating with engineering, data analytics, and design teams.
  • Integrate AI/ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and optimization, transforming network performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while driving professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's in Computer Science or Data Science is a plus.
  • Certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent and Nokia Network Automation Professional (NNAP) or equivalent.
  • Extensive product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing diverse product portfolios.
  • Hands-on expertise in network automation, AI/ML, and data science within telecommunications.
  • Proven success in driving product strategy, scaling from concept to implementation with measurable business impact.
