Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our client service delivery across multiple key contracts.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in an HVAC&R trade and have 5+ years of experience managing mobile trades undertaking service, repair, and maintenance. This role involves operationally managing the maintenance trades service delivery within contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), corporate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client stakeholder engagement
  • Staff and sub-contractor management
  • Reporting to head-office

Key requirements for this role include:

Trade qualification as HVAC&R or Electrician

Over 3 years' Service Manager/Supervisor experience is also required.

Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident are preferred for this role.
