Part-Time Financial Services Officer

We are seeking a skilled and organised Financial Services Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, including supplier orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, process superannuation, and WorkCover contributions.
  • Complete payroll tax returns, GST, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Reconcile banking and credit card statements.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual budgets.
  • Collate and distribute monthly board packs.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for shareholder meetings.
  • Perform general office administration duties.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

This is a flexible part-time role, allowing you to work between 3-5 days per week, with potential for remote work once handover is completed.
