Early Childhood Educator
Role DescriptionThis role involves providing high-quality early childhood education to children aged 3-5 years in a natural environment with panoramic views across Sydney Harbour. The educator will be responsible for constructing programs that promote meaningful and purposeful learning, balancing structured experiences with open-ended play.
The educator will work closely with colleagues to create a child-centered curriculum that embeds foundational literacy and numeracy knowledge. They will also contribute to the development of a supportive team culture that values all staff members as part of the team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced educators who are committed to the field of Early Childhood Education and Care. You will also be supported by a full-time cook who prepares healthy and nutritious meals on-site.
Key Requirements- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification;
- Certificate III (new graduates welcome);
- First Aid certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training;
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
