Our Early Childhood Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Full Time Educator to join our team. We offer a professional service that provides engaging educational programs for children using contemporary teaching theories, strategies and styles. As an educator at our centre, you will work closely with our team to support children's learning and development outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification and good sound knowledge of the EYLF and Programming. You will also maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members, and contribute to a professional and positive work culture.

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $28.18 and $38.54 per hour, and an 8 hour shift schedule. Our centre is open between 7 am-6 pm, and we pride ourselves in delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our staff and children.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan, evaluate and enhance learning outcomes for children
  • Establish and maintain respectful partnerships with families to assess and support children's learning and wellbeing
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Good sound knowledge of EYLF and Programming essential
  • Current Working with Children Check

Additional Requirements:

  • Updated First Aid Cert HLTAID004 & updated CPR preferable
