Marketing Professional Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our Melbourne-based team. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the urban landscape and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in curating the asset experience, developing strategic marketing direction, and unlocking new partnerships and commercial opportunities through business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and engage with customers and the community to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Champion customer and community expectations across the asset team and broader business.
  • Support the positioning of the asset experience to ensure a clearly understood value proposition and Experience Vision.
  • Collaborate with the asset team to deliver against the agreed vision.
  • Owning guest journeys to ensure seamless and enjoyable experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs to drive traffic, enhance guest experience, and create revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with Commercial Partnerships to achieve financial sales goals.
  • Support the annual marketing plan to positively impact core traffic, sales, and market share objectives.
