In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive your career forward in agriculture. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping farmers succeed.

The Agronomy stream provides you with the skills and training you need to become a leader or technical expert within agronomy. Our graduates grow their careers through unique opportunities across every corner of Australia.

This 24-month program includes:

  • Accelerated learning opportunities to kick-start your career in agriculture
  • Professional networking opportunities where you can travel interstate and meet industry leaders
  • Professional development opportunities to grow your business, communication, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
  • Support from mentors and buddies who will help you develop personally and professionally
  • Placement mobility once the program concludes

To be considered for this program, you must have a Bachelor Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture or a relevant field, and demonstrate a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.

You will also be required to provide a copy of your CV, a cover letter outlining your passion for agriculture and how you relate to our company values, and a copy of your academic transcript.

Successful applicants will be offered a position in October/November 2025, to commence the role in February 2026.
