Your Role
  1. Participate in a one-year structured Agribusiness Graduate Program focused on developing talent passionate about agriculture.
  2. Work in a key location for the duration of the program.
  3. Engage in learning, mentoring, and training across Sales, Business Management, Fertiliser and Logistics, Animal Health and Nutrition, and more.
  4. Demonstrate value to clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  5. Collaborate with a renowned team of mentors and contribute to a culture of innovation and client service.
  6. Complete the program with the opportunity for ongoing employment in a chosen field of expertise.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  1. Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, commerce, or a related discipline.
  2. Demonstrated commitment to a career in agriculture.
  3. Willingness to be flexible regarding location of residence.
  4. Commitment to growing the business by adding value to clients and delivering excellent customer service.
  5. Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and complete tasks.
  6. Patience and dedication to developing commercial skills and confidence.
