Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Continuously build upon and manage the Quality Assurance function, including team management;">
  • Own product quality metrics and implement continuous improvement for successful customer outcomes;">
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance testing framework and methodology, aligned with organizational requirements and industry standards;">
  • Assess, communicate, and allocate triaged defects via level three support;">
  • Lead the design and implementation of Quality Assurance tests for functional, load, scale, performance, etc.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • 7+ years of experience in software project environments;">
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership, project management, or team lead experience;">
  • Demonstrated initiative and autonomy;">
  • Responsive to changing business needs;">
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with issue tracking software and software management tooling;">
  • End-to-end testing experience in functional and system testing – manual and automated;">
  • Experience working with Windows, Linux, and macOS;">
  • Desirable: Experience with endpoint security products and filter drivers;">
  • Desirable: Familiarity with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Bitbucket, and Postman.">
