Vehicle Mechanic Job Overview

As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to meet design and quality standards. You will work independently and as part of a high-performing team to perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and mechanical servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage parts inventory and maintain timely and high-quality service.
  • Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager and team to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
  • High level of mechanical servicing, report, and repair skills.
  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • C Class Driver's License and relevant certification (or part qualified).
