Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on car seat models, vehicles, regulations, and industry guidelines.
  • Take customers through product features of car seats and other baby products, demonstrating how they work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments, coordinating training with suppliers as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to ensure seamless customer service and sales experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong knowledge of car seat safety regulations and industry guidelines.
  • Physical ability to climb in and out of cars, maneuver car seats, and lift up to 15kg.
