Trust Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-focused Trust Accountant to join our team in beautiful Bondi. In this role, you'll oversee trust accounting for both Property Management and Sales, handling end-of-month and mid-month processing, reconciling and managing trust accounts, and overseeing trust accounting across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of trust accounting for residential and commercial portfolios.
  • Management of end-of-month and mid-month processing.
  • Reconciliation and management of trust accounts.
  • Leadership of trust accounting across a diverse portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in trust accounting (residential or commercial — ideally both).
  • A solid working knowledge of Property Tree software.
  • An eye for accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
  • The ability to work independently but collaborate effectively with a small team.
