Job Overview:

CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a Quality Assurance Field Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that United Petroleum stores meet the highest brand standards. As a Quality Assurance Field Specialist, you will work closely with our National Field Manager to ensure compliance with company regulations and maintain high-quality services.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your key duties will include managing retail standards across all sites, completing quality audits, monitoring site compliance, and providing input into new sales and marketing opportunities. You will also establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer:

We offer a generous base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus car allowance and unlimited fuel card. This role is dedicated to serving Newcastle, Woollongong, Sydney Metro & Paramatta areas, as well as ACT/TAS.

About You:

  • You should have experience working in fast-paced environments like fast food chains or retail.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention or retail auditing is highly regarded.
  • FMC experience will be highly valued.
  • You must be able to meet and exceed KPI's.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel interstate or regional, including overnight stays, is required.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and vehicle are necessary.
