Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance program, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to children and families. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing effective internal controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team in implementing and delivering the quality assurance program, promoting service excellence and legislative compliance.
- Maintain robust internal controls to support high-quality service delivery and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Influence strategic direction for ongoing quality enhancement in domestic, family, and sexual violence services, as well as homelessness support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of mid-senior level experience in project management and information technology is required.
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage diverse partnerships is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance systems and processes is necessary for success in this role.
