Overview

The role of People and Culture Team Leader is a critical position that plays a pivotal part in supporting the organisation's growth and continued success. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of people and culture initiatives across seven regions in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback to managers on every aspect of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organisation's core objectives, including practice and process, client and community engagement, communication, people and journey, culture and connection
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment to make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome for all
  • Support the recruitment of competent people and culture team leaders and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
