Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are a leading event technology company that specializes in delivering exceptional virtual, in-person and hybrid events.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: Assist the Director of Event Technology to ensure smooth operations of audio-visual department activities.
  • Main Responsibilities: Support the DET in preparations for client/production meetings, identify opportunities for revenue growth and maintain effective communication with Accounts Department and other teams.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management and leadership abilities.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in meetings and events is essential.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of successful event management career, sound knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment and excellent planning and organisational skills.
