Product Design Manager\

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Manager to lead our product design team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Provide design direction and feedback to designers to ensure high-quality output.\
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.\
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and design plans.\
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and scalable.\
  • Partner with product managers to define product requirements and design solutions.\
  • Communicate design decisions and solutions to stakeholders through effective presentation and documentation skills.\\[/ul]\Requirements:\

    • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.\

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve design challenges.\
    • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.\
    • Knowledge of front-end development and UI/UX principles.\
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.\
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.\
    • Experience working with product managers and engineers to develop and implement design solutions.\
    • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.\
