Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
