Role Overview:
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of young children. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development of a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement programs that promote children's learning and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
