Director of Facilitation Role Overview
">The Director of Facilitation oversees the development and coordination of facilitation services, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective Disability Inclusion reform.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, training, and quality management of the facilitation team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve reform objectives and promote disability inclusion.
- Maintain a balanced understanding of priorities and pressures on various teams supporting the reform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in/with schools as an Allied Health professional (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist).
- Strong project management abilities and skills in developing high-quality written materials collaboratively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
