Director of Facilitation Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the recruitment, training and quality of a facilitator team. This role will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high-quality facilitator service.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Oversee recruitment, training and quality of the facilitator team
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high-quality facilitator service
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree qualification (postgraduate preferred) in an Allied Health field (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist)
- 10+ years of experience working in/with schools
- Strong project management abilities and skills in developing written materials collaboratively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria, its history and context since 2021, and systems in place to support the reform
