Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the servicing and repairs of construction and utility equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile plant equipment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

This role involves coordinating contractors, vendors, and parts for each job, while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

A key aspect of this position is developing and supporting our team members for success as leaders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III Heavy Diesel Fitter or equivalent
  • Experience working with mobile plant equipment
  • Strong communication ability at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Commitment to safety for yourself and others
  • High level of customer service
  • Exposure to AX Dynamics and SAP highly regarded
