The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Support the bidding, winning, and execution of project works in the Defence Fuels scope of works.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Asset Management and Engineering teams to identify projects through the selection criteria.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement project portfolio strategies and identify opportunities to streamline project processes.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships as the point of contact for key clients.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with and manage internal and external resources to deliver on project scope of works.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management).
  • Proven experience working in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites across the network (regionally and nationally).
  • Current defence security clearance or ability to obtain.
