About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Retail Leader to lead our team at our high-performing store. In this leadership role, you'll take charge of daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store to success. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
  • Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
  • Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
- Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
