We are seeking a highly skilled Obligations and Policy Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in refining our compliance framework and policies.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our compliance obligations register and supporting the delivery of efficient and effective compliance training across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Enhance Compliance Frameworks: Refine the clarity and usability of HESTA's compliance framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  2. Manage Obligations Register: Develop and maintain robust practices for managing HESTA's compliance obligations register.
  3. Support Compliance Training: Assist in the design and delivery of comprehensive compliance training programs.
  4. Analyse Data Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  5. Presentation: Prepare and present compliance reports to management and the board, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  6. Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to drive efficiency.
  7. Expert Advice: Offer expert advice and support on compliance-related matters across the organization.
