About the Role

As a Peak Season Sales Associate with JB Hi-Fi, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team during the peak trading period. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression on our customers.

As a Peak Season Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Selling and promoting our products effectively, meeting sales targets, and contributing to store revenue growth
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards, and ensuring stock levels are adequate
  • Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive work environment

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must also be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Our estimated annual salary for this position is around AU$55,000 - AU$65,000, depending on experience and performance. This figure includes base pay, superannuation, and other benefits.
