Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate key relationships to build trust and long-term engagement with donors.
  • Manage a portfolio of prospective major and mid-tier donors to support priority projects.
  • Support donor events and communications.

  • Engage in professional development to enhance philanthropic programmes.

About You

  • Proven experience in fundraising, marketing or community engagement, ideally in non-profit and/or education sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and time management.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and creative thinking.
  • A sound knowledge of marketing, communications and fundraising principles.
  • Previous experience working in complex customer-focused organisations.
  • An ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
