We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our airside team.

This role involves leading a small group of Customer Delivery Drivers and ensuring the delivery of service to all airline customers in line with operational schedules and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include loading fully stocked aircraft trolleys onto hi-lift trucks and driving them to the aircraft, as well as assisting in training and inducting workers within a designated work area and performing administrative documentation and reporting duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A MR or HR driver's license
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks
  • Flexibility working around flight schedules
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Neat and tidy presentation
  • A clear National Police Check
